My career has evolved across industries and roles and I’ve reinvented myself several times. After completing an MBA, I started in banking and then moved into trading at TD Securities. I then pivoted to marketing roles, started a successful business and later became CEO. After having kids, I started a new career in technology sales - I worked in cybersecurity, HR tech and lastly tech consulting. It was then that I started learning about executive coaching and took my International Coaching Federation training, and started career coaching. I pivoted one last time to start my work as a board director. I earned my ICD.D designation while getting the kids off to university. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on navigating change, seizing opportunity and building a career that evolves with you.
